APPLICATION PROCESS

At the NEISC we actively search for educational leaders with a track record of excellence and a deep commitment to student success. Our comprehensive selection process ensures each candidate has a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities so that they can grow, lead, and flourish in their position.

2. Resume reviewed by school leadership

3. Participate in an initial phone interview

4. Participate in an interview with school leaders and current teachers

NEISC BENEFITS

RETIREMENT: NEISC employees are eligible for participation in the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) via the TRF or PERF plans.
TIME OFF: After 12 months of employment with NEISC, employees are eligible for up to 3 weeks of paid parental leave following a birth or adoption.
403(b) PLAN: NEISC offers an optional 403(b) retirement plan that employees may opt into with up to a 2% match.
ELIGIBILITY: All full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
